Malika received her Master of Arts in Practical Theology at Regent University, and a Master of Philosophy in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation at Trinity College Dublin, Irish School of Ecumenics.
She jointly won the James Haire Dissertation Award for her peacebuilding research on Palestinian and Israeli dialogue in cyberspace, and is currently researching women, incarceration and Oklahoma (the leader in incarceration globally).
She is passionate about criminal justice reform, restorative justice practices and policy changes that impact marginalized communities. Malika is currently the Pastor of Spiritual Formation, Justice and Community Life at The Table in Oklahoma City.
Malika speaks and teaches on diversity and Inclusion, criminal justice reform, race and faith, systemic injustice, restorative justice practices and race conciliation.
